Getting more green and color in to a persons diet with less processed foods , dairy and sugar will increase health! Making these a daily routine is a good idea: brussels spouts, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, arugula, eggplant, carrots, tomatoes, and avocado.
That seems research enough for me. I know that I feel better when I eat more vegetables and take my Omega vitamins. It is a good way to start off 2014!
